How to use the aluminum foil?
Aluminum foil has two sides:
shiny side - keeps warmth
matt side - lets it pass
If you want your roast to stay hot longer, you need to wrap it with glossy foil side on the inside.
If you wish to roast e.g. potatoes or fish in the YORK ALUMINUM FOIL - you also have to wrap it in with the shiny foil side on the inside and matt side on the outside.
If you would like to store food products so that they could stay fresh longer - wrap them with the shiny side on outside. In this way, heat will not reach the stored dish and it will not make it go bad faster.
